Introducing first foods means keeping track of a lot: what your baby tried, when, how much and whether anything happened afterwards. Baby Food Log keeps that list for you, and when you want a second look, a check reads it and pulls out what's worth raising with your pediatrician.
How it works
- Under My records, add each food your baby tries: the food, how much and any reaction. Adding entries is free.
- When you want a review — before a checkup, or after a reaction — press Run. Ask a specific question if you have one.
- Get a summary, the foods to watch, points to tell your pediatrician and whether new foods were introduced too close together.
What you get
- A clean log of foods and reactions, kept until you delete it and exportable as CSV.
- Foods to watch, with the date and what happened.
- Spacing notes, so you know when two new foods were tried too close together to tell them apart.
Tips
Write down reactions as soon as you notice them, even small ones. This tool doesn't diagnose allergies or tell you when to reintroduce a food — that's a conversation for your pediatrician. If your baby has trouble breathing or swelling of the face or lips, call emergency services.
