Try it with an example

Pick one on the next page and run it, or bring your own.

Tell the planner where you are going and for how long. Get a day-by-day itinerary you can actually follow: sights clustered by area so you are not criss-crossing the city, food picks that match your interests, and a cost estimate at the end of every day.

How it works

  1. Name the destination and how many days you have.
  2. Set a total budget, a pace and what you care about (food, culture, nature, kids…).
  3. Get one card per day — morning, afternoon and evening, with a running cost estimate.

What makes the plans realistic

  • Sights are grouped by area, not listed from a highlight reel
  • The pace you choose decides how full each day is: Relaxed means one anchor per half-day, See it all means two
  • Season affects the picks: cherry blossoms in spring, indoor museums in winter

Good to know

Plans are a strong first draft, not a guided tour: opening hours and prices change, so double-check the two or three things you would be sad to miss. Add notes like "travelling with kids" or "no spicy food" and the plan adapts.

Questions

How detailed is each day?

Each day is one card with a morning / afternoon / evening walkthrough, concrete places, and a cost estimate at the end, in the currency you pick. It is a plan you can follow, not just a list of sights.

Does it respect my budget?

Yes, when you set one. Give a total budget and the plan picks areas, transport and meals to stay roughly inside it, with each day's estimate visible so you can rebalance.

Can I use it for any city?

Any destination works, from provincial capitals to overseas cities. For less-documented places the plan leans on the well-known highlights; add notes about what you have already seen to push it further.

What about tickets and opening hours?

Opening hours and prices change often, so treat the plan as a draft and verify the few things you would be sad to miss.
