Every change should still sound like you.
And respect what you promised.

The customer has been waiting two days. Mei puts the same reply through three levels, checking which wording is steadier without going beyond what she already promised.

Swaps weak or non-native phrasing for professional wording. The sentences stay recognizable.

The example emails are in English: the tool polishes English drafts only.

How it works

Three steps from draft to send.

  1. Step 1

    Paste your English draft

An email, a cover letter or any business text, in your own words. The tool polishes what you wrote — it doesn't write from scratch, and it doesn't translate.

  2. Step 2

    Pick scene, tone and intensity

The scene sets the register: a customer, your manager, a colleague, a hiring team or general copy. Tone is professional, friendly or assertive; intensity is light, standard or strong.

  3. Step 3

    Check the changes, then copy

Read each original line, its revision and the reason. Change back anything you'd rather keep, check your facts, and send it from your own mailbox.

Right before sending

The content is there.
It just needs to land right.

Three emails already written, on three evenings when the wrong tone would cost more than a typo.

What changed: She did not want the apology to sound empty, and she did not add a promise; the edit simply makes the checked delivery plan and the two existing options clear.

Before sending: Before sending, she checks the order number, the original date, the signature and the 15% refund. If a sentence no longer sounds like her, she changes it back.

Hi Priya, Quick update on the migration project: we finished the database move last week, and all 12 services are now running on the new cluster. Next up is the load test — I'll share the full report by Friday. Best, Arjun

What changed: The migration is fresh, and he does not want his manager to see a vague update; the edit only makes what happened and what comes next clear.

Before sending: Before sending, he checks all 12 services, the project facts and Friday. One quick update should not decide the outcome for him.

Dear Hiring Team, i am writing to apply for the Product Analyst role at Northwind. i have 5 years of experience in data analysis and i thinks i am a good fit because i am very hardworking and i learn fast. i hope you can consider my application. Best, Sofia

Revised

Dear Hiring Team, I am applying for the Product Analyst role at Northwind. I bring 5 years of experience in data analysis, a strong work ethic and the ability to learn fast. Thank you for considering my application. Best, Sofia

What changed: She wants the hiring team to see her care, without using a vague “good fit” to hold the application together; the five years and learning ability were already in her draft.

Before sending: Before sending, she checks the role, Northwind, the five years and her signature. Add what is true; leave out what she cannot stand behind.

Clear limits, so you can polish with confidence

  • Facts shouldn't drift in a polish

The tool site says it preserves numbers, dates, prices, names, companies, links and email addresses without adding promises; review the result. Never paste passwords, ID or bank details. Check personal and business facts before sending.

  • It never sends anything

No mailbox, contacts or account access. You copy the polished text and send it yourself.

  • English drafts only

It polishes English (US) text and doesn't translate. A draft in another language comes back unchanged, with a note.

  • Deleted after 7 days

Your draft and result are used only to produce your polished version. Keep passwords, ID and card numbers out of any draft.

FAQ

You might be wondering

Will it change my numbers, dates or names?

No. Every fact you wrote — numbers, prices, dates, names, company names, links, email addresses — appears in the polished version exactly as you typed it. The tool fixes the English around your facts; it never rewrites the facts themselves, and it never invents details, promises or figures that weren't in your draft.

Which languages does it work in?

English (US) only for now. A draft in another language comes back unchanged, with a note explaining that the tool polishes English drafts — it does not translate. If you write in English but feel more confident in another language, this is exactly the case it is built for.

What is the difference between light, standard and strong?

Light fixes grammar, spelling and awkward phrasing only. Standard — the default — also replaces weak or non-native wording with professional phrasing. Strong additionally restructures sentences for clarity and flow, and it's the one to pick when a draft needs real work. In every mode the meaning stays identical and the facts are frozen.

Should I paste sensitive information?

Better not to. Keep passwords, ID numbers, bank card numbers and other secrets out of any draft you paste into an online tool. If a draft appears to contain personal details like a phone number or a home address, the tool keeps them as written and adds a note reminding you to double-check them before sending.

Does it send the email or connect to my mailbox?

Never. The tool stops at the copy button: you paste the polished text into your own email program and send it yourself. It has no access to your inbox, your contacts or any account.

Can I use it for a cover letter or a product blurb, not just email?

Yes. Pick the job application scene for cover letters and intro emails, or general copy for announcements, bios and product blurbs. The scenes change the register of the polished text to match where it's going.

What happens to my draft after I run it?

Your draft and the result are processed to produce your polished version and kept under the platform's standard retention: they are deleted after 7 days. Copy anything you want to keep — the copy button is the export.

You've already written it.
Now let the English say it well.

Bring your draft and choose who it's for. Every change comes with a reason.
