Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Knowyx Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with the Service. It applies to everything you submit (inputs) and everything you create, share or use (outputs).

You must not use Knowyx to

Harm children

• Create, upload or seek any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and close the account.

Harm or exploit people

• Create sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, including "undressing" or face-swapping someone into such content.
• Harass, bully, threaten, dox or intimidate anyone, or encourage violence or self-harm.
• Create content that promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
• Use someone's photo, likeness or voice without the permission you confirmed you have.

Deceive

• Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create content intended to mislead people about who made it or whether it is real, including deepfakes used to deceive.
• Commit fraud or scams, create phishing content, fake documents, fake identification or fake reviews.
• Present AI output as professional advice (medical, legal, financial) to others.

Break the law or others' rights

• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Process other people's personal data without a lawful basis, including special categories of data.
• Create content about illegal weapons, explosives, drugs or other dangerous activities with the aim of enabling real harm.
• Use the Service in violation of sanctions or export laws.

Abuse the Service

• Get around trial limits, free credits or rate limits, for example by creating multiple accounts, rotating devices or using disposable emails.
• Attack, probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it by automated means except through interfaces we provide.
• Try to bypass our safety checks, including through prompt injection.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

How we enforce this policy

• Automated checks review inputs before a run and outputs before they are shown. Content that breaks this policy is blocked; failed runs are not charged.
• Reports from users and the public are reviewed by people.
• Depending on severity and history, we may block content, disable a share link, limit features, suspend or close an account, and report to the authorities where required by law. Serious violations, such as content sexualising minors, lead to immediate account closure.
• Unless the law or safety prevents it, we tell you what we did and why.

Reporting content

• Shared results: use the "Report" link on the share page.
• Anything else, including copyright and other rights complaints: email abuse@knowyx.com with a link to the content, what rights or rules it breaks, and your contact details. For copyright complaints, include the details required by applicable law (for example, a statement of good faith and that the information is accurate). Our designated agent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act is: [[DMCA_AGENT_NAME_AND_ADDRESS]].

Appeals

If you think we got a decision wrong, email support@knowyx.com within [[6 months]] with your account email and what happened. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will tell you the outcome.
